SOLE BUSINESS

  • ID copy of the proprietor

  • 1 passport photo

  • PIN certificate of the business/proprietor

  • Certificate of registration

  • Latest 3 months’ bank statements of the business.

PARTNERSHIP

  • ID copies of the partners

  • Passport photos of the partners

  • PIN certificates of the partners

  • Partnership deed

  • Certificate of registration

  • Board resolution signed by the partners to open a merchant a/c

  • Latest 3 months bank statements of the business.

LIMITED COMPANY

  • ID copies of the Directors

  • Passport photos of the Directors

  • PIN certificate for each director

  • PIN certificate for the business

  • Certificate of incorporation

  • Memorandum and articles of association

  • Board resolution signed by the directors to open a merchant a/c.

  • Latest 3 months bank statements of the company
